Dihydromyricetin (DHM) is a flavonoid found in the Japanese raisin tree and vine tea, both of which have been traditionally used in East Asian medicine to help detoxify the body and clear the mind after drinking.^1-2

DHM researchers have also found that it helped alleviate symptoms of impaired cognition in mice,^3,5,8 with more studies in the works for human consumption. A proposed mechanism of action is via restoring GABA neurotransmission and recovering gephyrin,³ a protein that regulates GABAergic synapses.^10-12
